Make Mine Raw
You've probably heard about the benefits of raw foods. It's true: Raw foods contain more medicine, more nutrients and more life energy than cooked foods. But you don't have to go 100% raw to experience these benefits. Simply eating one raw dish (or fresh juice) at each meal gives you many of the benefits of a raw food diet without having to radically alter your eating habits. Just add a raw food serving to every meal!

Setting the Example
If you have children, don't give in to the junk foods that are mass marketed to kids. Once they acquire a taste for those foods, they're unlikely to tolerate healthful, natural foods. Above all, keep them off sodas. Let them drink delicious fruit juices instead. If you set the example by avoiding sodas and junk foods yourself, your children are far more likely to grow up with a healthy diet. Remember: They follow what you DO more than what you SAY.-- Mike Adams

Happy Birthday Steve
What is the cause?
Every year more and more children are being diagnosed with learning disabilities and autism. What is the cause? According to many experts, including Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., a senior attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council and author of Deadly Immunity, our government is to blame. There's growing evidence that shows that a drug called thimerosal is to blame. This drug is found in vaccines. The fact is the more vaccines kids get, the more autism, learning disabilities, and lifelong illness develops. The drug thimerosal is a preservative that was put in vaccines back in the 1930s.- More Natural Cures Revealed: Previously Censored Brand Name Products That Cure Disease by Kevin Trudeau

Cinnamon
Yes, cinnamon really works to help regulate blood sugar levels and help prevent diabetes! Just sprinkle some extra cinnamon on anything it goes with (oatmeal, fruit salad, for example) to boost your intake. By the way, did you know that cinnamon is a key ingredient in many Traditional Chinese Medicines? It's made from the bark of the cinnamon tree, and it's one of the most unique and medicinally-potent spices that's ever been discovered.
