Cinnamon

Yes, cinnamon really works to help regulate blood sugar levels and help prevent diabetes! Just sprinkle some extra cinnamon on anything it goes with (oatmeal, fruit salad,for example) to boost your intake. By the way, did you know that cinnamon is a key ingredient in many Traditional Chinese Medicines? It's made from the bark of the cinnamon tree, and it's one of the most unique and medicinally-potent spices that's ever been discovered.
