Make Mine Raw

You've probably heard about the benefits of raw foods. It's true: Raw foods contain more medicine, more nutrients and more life energy than cooked foods. But you don't have to go 100% raw to experience these benefits. Simply eating one raw dish (or fresh juice) at each meal gives you many of the benefits of a raw food diet without having to radically alter your eating habits. Just add a raw food serving to every meal!
