Just an ordinary woman, striving to be that "aged" woman of Titus 2..teaching the younger women good things: so that they may be sober, love their husbands, love their children, and to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands that the Word of God be not blasphemed.

Good Morning!
ReplyDeleteThis is so lovely...did you do it with some sort of stencil or is it freehand? There are so many wonderful scripture verses to pick from...how did you ever choose?
What a gorgeous day...we are expecting 80s here on the coast and the corn is just "popping" up! God is so good.
Blessings to you and your family,
Laura

ReplyDeleteMy Cri-cut has helped me get verses here and there about our home. The letters are a removable vinyl so they leave no mark on the wall if you choose to change your verse!! This one is in my entry area bathroom!! All though we have lots of cross stitch with verses, we like have verses written on the walls and the cri-cut makes it easy! (a bit of an advertisement!)
Good Morning!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing about your cri cut...I have to admit...I had never heard of one before! I just did a web search on it...looks like it would be really fun to craft with! Where we live (small fishing village on the coast) there are no "big" craft stores around such as a "Michaels" or even a big fabric store like "JoAnns". We have to travel at least an hour to hit one of these places...so, as you can see, I don't get there very often! We do have a local Walmart...but they had downsized their craft department to almost nil. Since I LOVE to craft...I am very grateful for the internet! (And for occasional trips to the big city!) I just love this idea of putting verses on your walls...and with the removable vinyl...changing them would be oh so easy!
Again, thanks for sharing...and have a blessed day! I'm off for my morning walk...looks like we are going to have another gorgeous day...Praise God!
Blessings,
Laura
