Purification Day 14

Blueberry Banana smoothie
Baked salmon, steamed cauliflower, roasted onions and Brussel sprouts
and a big green salad.

Every afternoon we have snacks.
Different types of snacks,
but always raw fruit or vegetables.
Spiced lentil with tomatoes and guacamole.
I read over these posts and noticed how much 
we have.  
It is amazing.
