Purification Day 2

Yes, we are on Day 2...and looking forward to an exciting adventure.
Morning smoothie..Very Berry Blast!
Celery
Blueberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
Banana
Kale
Each morning I put a couple scoops of
SP Complete and 1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
 in our smoothies.
We add a  few supplements to help with the
purification process.
Lunch is a Big Salad !!
Lettuces
Green Pea Sprouts
Red onions
Multi-color peppers
Blackberries
With freshly made Italian dressing.

Keziah prepared freshly juiced
carrots and beets
for our afternoon drink.
No pictures for this one--just take my word!!
We completed day #2 with a delicious veggie plate.
Small green pea sprout salad with
 cucumbers and pomegranate seeds.
Steamed cauliflower
Sauteed zucchini, sweet onions, and red peppers.
Great home-made tomato dressing for the salad.
We all are feeling good...and are ready for Day #3!
