Purification Day 7

Today is day 7.
It  is also Sunday!

We began the morning with a
Blueberry Banana Smoothie.

Lunch:   Greek Salad
Snack:Veggie tray with Guacamole
Dinner:  Lentil Soup
I just  forgot to take them.
The food was great and nourishing.

We are finishing up the first week of the cleanse.
Everyone is feeling good with lots of energy.
Some have experienced a few detox symptoms:
 mild headache
flu-type symptoms
aching joints

We have included daily  exercise in our schedule
as this helps release many toxins 
from our  bodies:
re bounder
elliptical trainer
A minimum of 30 minutes a day 
Not only does the exercise help your lymphatic system 
eliminate the toxins, it benefits in a multitude of ways.
Regular exercise has shown to significantly improve 
cognitive function
and mood.
