We began the morning with a
Blueberry Banana Smoothie.
Lunch: Greek Salad
Snack:Veggie tray with Guacamole
Dinner: Lentil Soup
AND NO PICTURES!
I just forgot to take them.
The food was great and nourishing.
We are finishing up the first week of the cleanse.
