Blueberry Green Smoothie
Lunch began with a big Green Salad
and then included baked salmon and roasted cauliflower.
Afternoon snack was big bowls of fresh cantaloupe
Tropical broccoli slaw with oranges, kiwi and coconut
Fresh green beans, mushrooms and onions.
When using lots of fruits and vegetables
our meals are usually quite colorful.
After dinner we enjoyed a game of Golf.
we had a special snack.
Coconut Orange Blossoms!!
Recipe for the coconut layer
2 Cups Coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut butter
2 navel oranges -- peeled
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 teaspoons of orange oil or
Young s Living essential orange.
2 teaspoons orange zest
2 teaspoons of stevia or
1/4 of honey or agave
Blend well and pour into molds
3/4 raw cacao powder
1 Cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of agave or honey
2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix well...pour on top of the coconut layer.
Pop out of molds and taste!!
Technically this is not on our Purification program
because of the agave and the cacao.
But we only had one!!
The coconut layer amounted to about 1 Tablespoon of oil.
This amount made 48.
We will save the rest for after the cleanse...
