Purification Day 17


Fruit, water, kale, parsley go all into the blender
I add some flax seed oil and SP Complete.

Then we enjoy a wonderful Strawberry Pineapple smoothie.
We ran out of salad greens and
 I don't shop until Thursday afternoon 
while the girls are at piano lessons.
This is the way our stir fry began.
I made a cucumber, tomato, and avocado salad.
Then grill a some chicken on our George Foreman grill.
This was what lunch looked like.
The stir fry was a bit over cooked..
I had too many things going at the same time
and just simply forgot it!!!
Dinner was simply
Roasted Brussels sprouts and onions.
We did have a bit of dessert.
Rather a sorbet..sorta.
Mango, lime coconut.
